• EpiServer should be contacts to create  new IIS instance to redirect traffic on the old domain (ex. www.gwp-caribbean.org) to a speciffic folder on the GWP website, ex. www.gwp.org/caribbean
• Test this by adding the following line in your hosts file (open notepad with admin priviages (right click on notepad and clik on "run as administrator". then open the hosts file found in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc ):

217.114.80.20      www.gwp-caribbean.org

• After a sucessfull test the old site's DNS should be re-pointed to IP address 217.114.80.20

Note that the IP 217.114.80.20  may change over time. This was correct on the 17/11/2011, you may need to contact EpiServer in Stockholm if this IP address doesn't work. In windows you can check this IP by opening the command prompt and typing ping www.gwp.org

You have now configured the new website correctly and are ready to submit it to the search engines and update your inbound links.
