This report was prepared by GWP SAS as part of its activities as the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) Thematic Node on water. GWP South Asia was accepted as the Thematic Node on water of the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) in 2011. In this capacity GWP South Asia implements the sub regional activities of APAN related to the water sector and climate change, and links with national implementing partners in related activities.
