In addition to supporting countries in advancing on their Water-related SDG targets, we join the dots between cross-cutting themes that are relevant to more than one case. In our thematic work, the single cross-cutting issue is in focus to allow for cross-regional learning on topics that affect water resource management in multiple ways. Explore some examples of specific thematic initiatives with which the Support Programme is assisting countries.
The SDG 6 IWRM Support Programme is open to all partners who wish to contribute to accelerating the implementation of IWRM as a lever for the Sustainable Development Goals. Find out more about how to contribute.
