The conference will bring together approximately 100 Geography teachers from Central and Eastern Europe to share experiences and discuss the main challenges in the education today, focusing on water issues. It aims to enhance the education for sustainable use of water resources and to promote climate change adaptation measures in local river basins.
Experts from Global Water Partnership Central and Eastern Europe will talk about the importance of awareness raising among youth and will discuss with the teachers how youth can contribute to a more sustainable world.
