All the competing works were reflecting different uses and functions of water. The contestants used various photographic techniques – ranging from nature, landscape, panorama and macro photography to rather unexpected genres like portrait, street photography or family moments shots. The main thing that all the works have in common is a strong narrative behind them, each telling a short story about water, people and life on its own.
The GWP CEE highly appreciates the efforts of all contestants, most of which sent two or three photos for the competition showing really original views and ideas. Many of the works were emphasizing the importance of water and were raising questions about some serious water issues.
