Call for offers 13/2024/Alter Aqua PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL CARDS

The Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for offers for the PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL CARDS.

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of the “ALTER AQUA” Project funded by the THE COCA-COLA FOUNDATION and THE ENERGY AND WATER AGENCY

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: 22nd May 2024, at 17:00h CET.

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call and ToR and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org  writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 13/2024/Alter Aqua, before the above-mentioned closing date.

In your email you should attach the following two folders:

  1. A compressed folder (Folder A) (.zip or .rar) containing the Solemn Declaration and any other supporting documents.
  2. A password-protected compressed folder (Folder B) (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY AFTER the above-mentioned closing date for submission of offers.

In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.

In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.

In case the password is sent before the above-mentioned closing date for submission of offers, the offer will be rejected.

Offers submitted after the specified date and time shall not be taken into consideration.

All documentation / offers must be in English.
