Call for Offers 47/2024/SCCF- For the Supporting the development of Concept Note for a multi-country GCF Programme Proposal

Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Supporting the development of Concept Note for a multi-country GCF Programme Proposal.

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of MedProgramme SSCF Project : “Enhancing regional climate change adaptation in the Mediterranean Marine and Coastal Areas”

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: 26th November 2024 at 17:00h CET

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call and ToR and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org  writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 47/2027/SCCF, before the above-mentioned closing date.

In your email you should attach the following two folders:

  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the CV, the Solemn Self Declaration, and any other supporting documents.
  2. A password-protected compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.

In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.

In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.

All documentation / offers must be in English
