GWP-Med as represented by its Host Institute MIO-ECSDE civil non profit Society based on 12, Kyrristou str., Athens Greece VAT No EL 097813422 requests your best offer for the provision of Technical assistance to the Project Coordination Unit for the utilization of existing data repository and population of the Drin Information Management System as described in the attached document (ToR).
The services are implemented in the framework of the GEF Project “Enabling Transboundary Cooperation and Integrated Water Resources Management in the Extended Drin River Basin” funded bu UNDP Albania and UNDP Kosovo.
With a foreseen budget of up to 4.000 euro including VAT and any other cost.
Delivery of the service should be completed by 31/05/2021
The submitted offer should be valid for at least 3 months.

ii) CV against the following prescribed On/Off Qualification criteria
- Bachelor’s in computer science, geographical information systems, hydrology, geography, or related discipline.
- At least assignment in configuring and securing relational databases (MS Access), Web Maps and Web Apps.
- At least one assignment in using of the GIS software.
iii) The attached submission letter duly signed and stamped.
