Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Technical Supervision of the Reuse of the Effluent of Wadi Shuayb Wastewater Treatment Plant for Solar Powered Irrigation of Three Farms, Al-Salt, Jordan
The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of “Making Water Cooperation Happen in Middle East & North Africa (MENA): Piloting Tangibles”, aka MENA Water Matchmaker 2 Project, that is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) through the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), and is managed by the Global Water Partnership Mediterranean (GWP-Med).
SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: 5 April 29 March 2022, at 17:00h CET
You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call and the ToR, and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org before the above-mentioned closing date, writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 13/2022/Matchmaker 2 Technical Supervision of the Reuse of the Effluent of Wadi Shuayb Wastewater Treatment Plant for Solar Powered Irrigation of Three Farms, Al-Salt, Jordan”.
In your email you should attach the following two folders:
- A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer and the Solemn Self Declaration and any other supporting documents.
- A password-protected compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.
In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.
