Hindustan Unilever Foundation (HUF) and 2030 Water Resources Group (2030 WRG) in association with International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and India Water Partnership (IWP) is organising a high-level workshop to bring together key stakeholders from India and overseas to develop inclusive and cutting-edge solutions for India’s growing water challenges.

Below normal rainfall is most likely during the 2015 southwest monsoon season (June – September) over South Asia as a whole. Below-normal rainfall is likely over broad areas of western, central and south western parts of South Asia and some areas in the north eastern-most parts of the region. It is noteworthy that except southern part of islands of the region no other part of South Asia has above-normal rainfall as the most likely category.

BWP in collaboration with Institute of Microfinance (InM) organised a seminar on the role of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) at community level on 15 November 2014 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Global Water Partnership South Asia (GWP SAS) took part in the 4th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum 2014 as the APAN Thematic Node on Water with GWP China at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 1 to 3 October 2014.
The South Asia Regional Workshop on lessons learnt in Strategy Implementation on Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) in Water Sector was held on 9 to 10 September 2014 in Colombo, Sri Lanka and it was organised by South Asia Co-operative Environment Programme (SACEP) in partnership with GWP SAS, and in technical collaboration with UNDP.
