The module is aimed at persons working in water resources who wish to acquire specialist knowledge of international water law, especially as it relates to transboundary water challenges. The module will be highly appropriate for those with a law degree and environmental science background who want to specialise in transboundary water. The primary target is mid- to high-level practitioners and professionals from governments, NGOs, international organisations, academia, and the private sector.
