Cap-Net (Caribbean WaterNet) to Hold 2 IWRM Training Workshops in The Bahamas

Cap-Net (Caribbean WaterNet) in collaboration with various Partners, will hold two (2) Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) 3-day training workshops in The Bahamas this month.

The first workshop on “Groundwater Management in IWRM” takes place from February 19th – 21st, 2020. This national training of trainers workshop will be put on by CapNet (Caribbean WaterNet) in collaboration with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) and The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA).

The second workshop will be based on “Hydro-Climatic Disasters in Water Resources Management.” The workshop organised by CapNet (Caribbean WaterNet) will be put on in collaboration with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC), the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) and The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA). It takes place from February 24th – 26th, 2020.
