JOIN THE GWP-C SESSION WITHIN THE 2019 GWP NETWORK MEETING
The GWP-C Session within the 2019 GWP Network Meeting takes place on Tuesday, June 25th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Caribbean Time). WATCH the Session live on the GWP Facebook Page here: https://www.facebook.com/globalwaterpartnership/.
As was done last year, the 2019 Network Meeting will take on the same online “Follow The Sun.” This format allows GWP to consult with Partners in each of its 13 regions (which includes the Caribbean), over a 29-hour period. GWP-C will therefore participate in a 2-hour session within the 29-hour period and then hand over to another region. The Network Meeting culminates in a summary and forward-looking global session at the end.

Last year Partners contributed to the new GWP strategy that is being developed for 2020-2025. This year we will consider how, as a global action network, GWP can implement the strategy together and reinforce the work of each other to mobilise the network for a water secure world.
KEY QUESTIONS FOR THE GWP CARIBBEAN SESSION
GWP-C Partners are asked to respond to the following two (2) questions:
- What are you doing to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supporting transboundary water cooperation, and mobilising the climate change resilience community to leverage the water agenda?
- In addressing the water challenges in your country as a GWP Partner, which other organisations and groups would you like GWP to learn from, mobilise, and engage with (and why)?
