Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Supply and Installation of a Filter Backwash Water Recirculation and Reuse System at the Water Treatment Plant of Schimatari, Municipality of Tanagra.
The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of the “ZERO DROP MORNOS” Project Funded by The Coca-Cola Foundation, Coca-Cola 3E, and Coca-Cola Hellas
SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: 25th November 2024, at 17:00h CET
You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call and ToR and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 36/2024/Zero Drop Mornos, before the above-mentioned closing date.
In your email you should attach the following two folders:
- A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer and the Solemn Self Declaration and any other supporting documents.
- A password-protected compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.
In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.
In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.
All documentation / offers must be in English. Exceptionally, only the documents of section “Selection Criteria (Pass/Fail)” can also be accepted in Greek Language.
