These programmes aim to transform into development actions and to complete the numerous results obtained by researchers, to build technical, economic or organizational innovations in collaboration with research institutions, communities, civil society actors and public/private partners.
They also aim to mobilize sources of funding and to strengthen the position of research in its role as a decision-making aid.
