AIP WACDEP-G, helping Togo to strengthen resilience of vulnerable communities

In their support to the Government of Togo GWP WA, UNICEF and UNDP have recruited consultants for a mission to develop a high-quality concept note and conduct a pre-feasibility study for the project: "Strengthening the resilience of vulnerable communities in Togo through IWRM and Climate Sensitive WASH Services".

GWP’s support to this initiative is channeled through the Africa Water Investment Programme (AIP) Water Climate Development and Gender Transformation (AIP WACDEP-G). The goal of the AIP-WACDEP-G is to ensure that the preparation, development, design, governance and management of ongoing and new climate resilient water infrastructure investments, institutions and job creation interventions strategically advance gender equality.

A national consultant in IWRM has been recruited to work with other consultants as well as staff from GWP WA, UNICEF and UNDP.
