This aims at finalizing and adopting the specifications of the platform; studying and amending the TOR for the recruitment of a consultant for the design of the database and planning the platform's activities for 2019.
Participants recommended to revitalize and make functional the EWS climate data and information production and dissemination unit, according to the project's budgetary possibilities, in order to contribute to the generation of climate information specific to the complex. The project management unit has been in charge of proposing the institutions that will be members of the platform bureau, based on the various suggestions made during the session.
