Based on this, the chair of CWP Benin made a tour to meet with the actors at the grassroots level and exchange with them to provide information on the CWP, IWRM and its principles, take stock of the functioning of the LWP, and then make them aware of the process of their ongoing dynamization.
The tour, which lasted from 06 to 16 December 2016, enabled the team composed of the Executive bureau and the National coordination to meet the stakeholders and users of water resources in the eight localities where there is a LWP.
This is an information tour to clarify everything. LWP should comply with the statutory texts where the terms are fixed for three-year duration for the local office.
