Prior to this visit, the CWP continued mobilizing its strategic partners. At the OMVS National office, the CWP met with Mr. Soufiane DABO, National Coordinator on 9 February 2018. The latter has
commended the presence of CWP Guinea on the national scene and noted that the CWP’s mission is perfectly in line with the objectives of the OMVS. Mr. Dabo promised that he would make the one of their strategic partners. The CWP will be registered in the national database of OMVS and this information will be reported to the organization's headquarters in Dakar.
On 19 February 2018, the CWP was received by Mr Lionel LAURENS, UNDP Country Director, who asked the CWP to work on concrete project proposal document. He advised to work with the Environment and Sustainable Development Programme Officer to ensure that the project proposal fits in well with UNDP strategies and areas of intervention
