This 164-page document with its 52-page appendix (Basic Communication tools) is an important basic document whose exploitation has not been optimal mainly due to the weakness or absence of financial and technical means for its implementation.
The team of 10 experts will:
- review the implementation of the Communication Strategy and Action Plan 2018-2020 to identify lessons learned and priorities to be taken into account in the rest of the process;
- review and amend, where necessary, the vision, objectives, strategic axes and targets of the Communication Strategy;
- draw up the Communication Plan for the period 2024-2028, together with the budget required for its implementation, defining activities taking into account the results of the review.
At a subsequent regional workshop, the team will submit for amendment and validation the 2024-2028 Strategy and Communication Plan.
