The mission met with all the project implementation partners, namely the Secretary General of the Ministry of Hydraulics and Sanitation, the General Directorate of Hydraulics, the Permanent Secretary of PANGIRE, a team of experts from the MND, the Directorate of Protected Areas of the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, the mayors of the 3 communes of intervention of the project, the members of the local water committees of the 3 communes, the president and vice-president of the water council of the Mekrou sub-basin agency in Niger, the president of the National Water Partnership of Niger, the PMU and finally the Executive Secretary of GWP-WA.
