The municipality of Kouandé in Benin expressed a strong commitment through providing an office space within the town hall for the project local staff. 6 young people from the Benin World Youth Parliament for water committed as well to make themselves available to accompany the implementation of initiative in the country. A local representation of the Benin World Youth Parliament for water was also established in Kouandé for the same purpose.
