Mr. KOGBE is an Environmental engineer with an expertise in climate change related to several themes (energy, agriculture, adaptation, financing, gender and human rights). He has a mastery of the tools and techniques for the optimization of plant and animal productions. He has an extensive knowledge of design, planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. He carried out environmental studies (environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), strategic environmental assessment, environmental and social audit, environmental monitoring & surveillance).
Joseph Yaovi Lowanou KOGBE is a national of Togo with expertise in the field of Access to Genetic Heritage and Benefit Sharing (ABS). He holds a Diploma of Advanced Specialized Studies (DESS) in Environmental Protection and Improvement of Agrarian Systems from CRESA - WAEMU Regional Center of Excellence in Agriculture, in Niamey, Niger.
Before joining GWP, Mr. KOGBE worked for several organizations and as an independent consultant on various themes related to environment, water, sustainable development, climate resilience, etc.
