The programme was launched in June 2022 in both Rwanda and Uganda, several process took place to excete the programme in both countries. These processes are not limited to identifying bottlenecks that impede IWRM and WASH but also, conducting root cause anlysis of the bottlenecks with consultations done at all levels, development of action plans, Financ plans and final response strategies.
These processes went through various validation stages to increase government ownership of the final product (Response Strategies)
