Theobald Bizuhoraho is a DRESS-EA Project Officer at GWPEA. He has working experience in research, policy analysis and natural resources management projects. His professional interests are in the sector of water-food nexus. Theobald has high proficiency of writing and speaking both English, French and Kinyarwanda. In addition, He co-authored different scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals. Theobald possesses M.Sc. in Water Policy and B.Sc. in Soil and Water Management.
