In 2019, GWP Caribbean, the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) and the Government of Grenada (GOG), under the lead of the Ministry of Finance, brought together stakeholders from government ministries and agencies, development partners NGOs, civil society, and the private sector to define a series of strategic actions for advancing on IWRM in Grenada. The following action was defined as part of that process and identified as a priority action to be included in an action plan.
This action aims to work on capacity building in the field of wastewater management by designing wastewater management training in collaboration with the University of Technology of Jamaica (UTech).
