Data collection and country paper writing on Water Resources Management Financing had been completed by seven countries in the region. The information includes the policy framework for water financing and identification of financing needs in the different areas of WRM. The collected data and conclusions had been discussed and deliberated further in national workshops on WRM financing in respective countries.
All the information from the seven Southeast Asian countries will be presented in a regional workshop planned in September 2013. The workshop will broaden the understanding and knowledge on how to allocate the national and external budgets to the water sector
