CUVKUN Project Calls for Public Review of Social and Environmental Standards Reports

The transboundary GEF -UNDP CUVKUN Project, under implementation in Angola and Namibia, is inviting stakeholders to review its Social and Environmental Standards (SES) report.

The feedback from stakeholders across the two countries and the broader public, ensures engagement, guarantees transparency, inclusivity, and meaningful participation in decision-making processes.

The CUVKUN project is funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and led by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the Global Water Partnership Southern Africa (GWPSA) as the Executing Agency. The Cuvelai Commission (CUVECOM) and Kunene Permanent Joint Technical Committee (PJTC) are the custodians of the project implementation.
