Manila Water Company

Atty. Jo Kristine Celera-Revil is the Enterprise Regulatory Affairs Director for the East Zone at Manila Water Company Inc. in the Philippines. The company has been a GWP Partner since 2004. In this interview, she shares an overview of the organisation and its active collaboration with GWP. 

Faculty of Engineering, Pancasila University

Dr. Atie Tri Juniati MT is a Senior Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Study Programme of the Faculty of Engineering at the Pancasila University in Jakarta, Indonesia. She has been involved in many GWP Southeast Asia activities over the years, and she is also a current member of the regional Steering Committee. In this interview, she describes Pancasila University and its partnership with GWP, which began in 2006.

The Watershed Task Group

Mr. Chi Napoleon Forpah is the Coordinator of Watershed Task Group (WTG) in Cameroon. In this interview he describes their work and collaboration with GWP, which started in 2007. The interview is also available in French.

Nicoya Peninsula Waterkeeper

Kenneth Alfaro Alvarado is Project Cooridinator for Water Pollution Prevention at Nicoya Peninsula Waterkeeper in Costa Rica. The non-profit organisation has been a GWP Partner since 2013 - their motivation to join the GWP network was a wish to participate in the processes around Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). Makueni County WRUA Council

Anthony Mutua Kimeu is the Chairman of Makueni County WRUA Council in Kenya. His organisation has been a GWP Partner since its establishment in 2013. In this interview he describes the collaboration.

University of Guyana

Dr. Paulette Bynoe is a Senior Lecturer and the Interim Deputy Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Research, University of Guyana. She is also a current member of the GWP Caribbean Steering Committee. In this interview, she describes the University of Guyana and its partnership with GWP, which started in 2010.

LIMNOS

LIMNOS is committed to the development and deployment of nature-based solutions for wastewater treatment and mitigation of pollution. It also serves as host institution of GWP Slovenia since the establishment of a country office in 2001. This interview describes the company and its partnership with GWP. 

The Tisza Office

The Tisza Office of the Middle Tisza Water Directorate (KÖTIVIZIG) was ceremonially inaugurated on 4 November 2014. Five countries are represented under its mandate: Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Serbia. The Tisza Office team - consisting of Judit Palatinus, Melinda Váci and György Rátfai - present the scope of their work and collaboration with GWP.

Benin Environment and Education Society (BEES)

Maximin Djondo is the Executive Director of Benin Environment and Education Society (BEES). For the past 15 years, he has implemented projects in the West Africa region to support national and international strategies and policies related to the sustainable use of wetland and coastal ecosystems resources.
