On 5-6 June 2014 in Singapore, the GWP CACENA Regional Coordinator, Vadim Sokolov took part in the Asia-Pacific Regional Kick-off meeting for the 7th World Water Forum, which followed the Governing Council meeting of the Asia-Pacific Water Forum (APWF). The both meetings were attended by 43 representatives of leading organizations from the Asia-Pacific region (including representatives from GWP SEA, GWP SA and GWPO). Both meetings were focused on the Asia-Pacific regional preparatory process toward the 7th World Water Forum. Meetings were chaired by Mr. Ravi Narayanan, the APWF Governing Council Chair.
