One of the big moments of the year was the launch of the new Strategy “Towards 2020 – A Water Secure World”, which was released on World Water Day 2014 in Tokyo. Another highlight was the launch of the GWP Gender Strategy at World Water Week in Stockholm. The report also mentions the Network’s contribution to the post-2015 development agenda.
At the end of 2014, GWP had 13 Regional Water Partnerships, 85 Country Water Partnerships, and 3,051 Partners located in 178 countries.
