As a participant, GWP China was authorized to conduct the research on post-2015 water development of China. GWP China worked with the Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources of China (MWR). The research result was drafted by the Research and Development Center of the MWR and then revised by the GWP China. The consultation meeting invited twenty experts and representatives from the department of governmental agencies, institutions, NGOs and universities. They discussed and delivered their suggestions about how to improve the report. According to the recommendations, the GWP China Secretariat completed the final version and submitted it to the GWPO in the middle April.
