The second meeting, being held in May according to the work plan, is expected to meet a new term of council members to group the second council committee. For better preparation, leaders from GWP China and each provincial/river basin partnership as well as the Department of Sci-Tech and International Cooperation of Ministry of Water Resources convened in Beijing to discuss all key elements of the 2nd GWP China Partners Meeting, including agenda, candidates of council members and so forth. The preparatory meeting adopted constructive and profound comments and suggestions for improvement.
Preparation for the Second GWP China Partners Meeting
The date of March 3, 2009 saw the Preparatory Meeting of the 2nd GWP China Partners Meeting which can trace its first meeting back to 2006 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
