The delegation group of the GWP China was led by Dr. Dong Zheren, vice standing chair of the GWP China, who delivered keynote speech “WFD and Its Use for Reference to China” in which both credible data and persuasive examples unexpectedly found great echo among participants on the sub-forum organized by the EU-China. Accompanied with Dr. Dong, Mr. Zheng Rugang, Coordinator; Ms. Zhang Daidi, Secretary and Ms. Ma Yilin, Programme Officer attended the Yangtze River Forum and related sub-fora.
The representative of the GWPO participated in the forum was Mr. Martin Walshe, Deputy Executive Secretary of the GWP who delivered speech at the forum and being interviewed by the CCTV amidst the Yangtze River Forum. In addition, Mr. Khalid Mohtadullah, Senior Advisor of the GWP, also attended on the invitation of the Forum Secretariat.
