More than 40 representatives attended the meeting, including Mrs. Wu Zhangyue, Deputy Director General of Fujian Provincial Department of Water Resources and honorary Chair of GWP China Fujian; Mr. Zheng Rugang, Secretary General of GWP China; and some others from GWP China Fujian and Disaster Control Committee of Fujian Provincial CHES, all related departments in charge of flood control, flood warning center, climate change of Fujian Province.
The participants at the meeting exchanges experiences and issues around emergency video guidance system and its construction, and discussed about the relevant construction mechanism and high-efficient countermeasures system for dealing with super typhoon and rainstorm due to extreme climate change. It is helpful for promote emergency platform and strengthen the capacity of Fujian to meet affect owing to extreme climate changes.
