More than 300 students from 22 institutes of higher education presented their ideas on water security to competition. This competition was organized by the Ecological Movement of Uzbekistan, CWP-Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education, and other organizations.
The works of the students were nominated for three prizes - "Best story", "Best presentation" and "Best project".
28 students won a prize. The awarding ceremony was held on 8 April 2014 in the Conference Hall at the Tashkent University of Global Economy and Diplomacy. More than 120 people attended this event. This event was covered by the mass media of Uzbekistan.
