The High-level Roundtable (HLRT) is organized by Global Water Partnership China, aiming at promoting cross-sectoral and inter-departmental dialogues, exchanges and cooperation, with main topics relating to climate change and about the sustainable use of water resources for the sustainable development of economy and society in China.
The Roundtable always gathers participants from the State Council’s relevant ministries, the departments of Ministry of Water Resources, United Nations organizations’ offices in China, international organizations, research institutes, universities, enterprises and non-governmental organizations and media.
In order to have the conference results shared by others and contribute to the integrated water resources management, it is decided that Global Water Partnership China Secretariat edits and publishes the proceedings.
