Action 1 - To intensify the work of the Inter-ministerial Council on water resources management established by the Government of Kazakhstan

Action 2 - Enhance the status of the national water management authority

Action 3 - To enhance the status of river basin organizations (inspections)

Action 4 - To enhance the status of Public Basin Councils (BC)

Action 5 - Strengthening the human resources capacity of CWR and BWI

Action 6 - Improvement of technical and financial base of CWR and BWI
