GWP-Central Africa joins the international community to celebrate the 2023 International Women’s Day commemorated under the theme, “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”. This year’s theme seeks to recognize and celebrate the women and girls who are championing the advancement of transformative technology and digital education. 200+ women and girls in the Center region of Cameroon have been sensitized and trained on good agroforestry practices in a bid to explore agroforestry as a sustainable means to reinforce climate resilience to reduce the effects of climate change on the vulnerable population.
