A consultative approach in which Partners recommend actions to be taken is fundamental to the operation of the GWP network, which now spans 2176 partner organizations in 150 countries. The main purpose of the Consulting Partners meeting is to monitor the strategic direction of the Network, as set out in the GWP 2009-2013 Strategy, as well as to receive and comment on the annual activity and financial reports of the Steering Committee.
Simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Spanish will be provided at the meeting, as well as video streaming which will be broadcast live over the internet, for those partners who are unable to attend in person but who wish to follow the proceedings. These partners can intervene and contribute to the meeting by sending messages on-line. These messages will be transmitted to the meeting in real time by the GWPO Secretariat.

The meeting venue will be the Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel in the vicinity of the Arlanda Airport.
Registration
All participants to the GWP Consulting Partners Meeting are required to register through this website. Registration also includes arrangements so that visa invitation letters can be issued where needed from the GWPO Secretariat.

Hotel
Please observe that all participants will have to make their own hotel bookings ! Due to the fact that the Consulting Partners Meeting will be held at a hotel by the Arlanda Airport we recommend that you make your reservations at the Quality Airport Hotel Arlanda where GWP has booked a block of rooms at a negotiated special "GWP rate" for the dates September 2nd – September 5th.

Please note that the Consulting Partners Meeting itself will be held at a different hotel (the Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel) and transport will be provided free of charge from the host hotel in the mornings and evenings to the meeting. However, if you choose to stay elsewhere than the Quality Airport Hotel Arlanda, you will be responsible to arrange and pay for your own transportation to/from the Consulting Partners Meeting.

All GWP Partners will receive a 25% discount on the registration fee. Please state GWP Partner under Step 1 – Other information - on the registration form for the Stockholm World Water Week.
