Opened in Niamey on 02 March 2023, the national workshop was jointly organised by the Ministry of Water and Sanitation of Niger and the Secretariat of the Convention (UNECE). It provided an opportunity to inform stakeholders about the Water Convention, to share information on the processes initiated by the Government of Niger to become a party to the Water Convention and to discuss the next steps in the accession process.
The Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) is pleased to issue an Open Call to Caribbean Journalists, Content Creators, Media Practitioners, and other interested persons to produce a high-quality 5-minute video on Integrated Water and Wastewater Management (IWWM).
The main objective of this workshop was to encourage young women to be more active in the domain of water and climate and to facilitate the creation of the RECOJAC Young Ambassador Programme for Water and Climate.

This national training of trainers workshop will be held in The Bahamas and put on by CapNet (Caribbean WaterNet) in collaboration with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) and The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA).
