As part of the implementation of the project Strengthening Investments for Climate Resilient Development in the Lake Nokoué - Lagoon Complex of Porto Novo (RICC), a local database should be set up on climate information in the area of the Lac Nokoué-Lagune complex of Porto-Novo.
The TFTC Project in Burkina Faso is relocating the site of its pilot action from Koankin (Sapone) to Ramitenga (Loumbila). A visit to the new site was carried out on 10 September 2019 by GWP-WA, the CWP Burkina and service providers to review the site in order to consider appropriate solutions. Exchanges were held with the beneficiaries on the various resources and training necessary for the successful implementation of the project through the establishment of a Farmer Field School.
At the invitation of the Minister of the Environment, the Executive Secretary represented the Chair of CWP Guinea at the meeting, which was held on 3 September 2019 in Conakry.
As part of the implementation of the activities of the Project "Integrating Flood and Drought Management and Early Warning for Climate Change Adaptation in the Volta Basin", the implementing partners met on 27 September 2019 in the conference room of the Volta Basin Authority (VBA) to discuss the modalities for the implementation of the first activities of the Project.

The Country Water Partnership of Benin organized in the process of designating non-state actors to the National Water Council (CNE), a workshop on 21 August 2019 in Cotonou to consult and define the mechanism for the representation of the non-state structures of the 2nd mandate of the CNE.
Under the SDG 6 IWRM Support Programme, GWP supports governments and other stakeholders to evaluate, diagnose and improve water governance policies. The aim is to accelerate implementation of SDG 6 and other water-related goals. Now the turn has come to Argentina, where a second phase underlines “identification of challenges and proposal of potential solutions”.
