There were 88 responses to the online survey, held from mid-March to mid-April, from the different countries of Central America and Caribbean.
The topics selected for the cross-cutting issues are the following:
- For SHARING, the selected topic: Involving all - public, public, private, civil society - in bottom up and top down approaches
- For CAPACITY, the selected topic: Enhancing education and capacity building
- For GOVERNANCE, the selected topic: Effective governance: Enhanced political decisions, stakeholder participation and technical information
The topics selected for each of the six themes are:
