The African Ministers Council on Water recently (AMCOW) acknowledged the value of its partnership with GWP at their General Assembly in Cairo, Egypt, on May 14, 2012, where the AMCOW Framework for Water Security and Climate Resilient Development was launched. On the fourth MyCWP Partners’ meeting on 7th May 2012 at the Corus Hotel, Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia, MyCWP re-introduced to the partners to what the GWP is, the
technical papers that are available and the GWP’s influence globally.
A one day Consultation Forum on the topic of “Water Governance in Assam: Priorities for Knowledge-based Interventions”, was organised by GWP-India with the support of its network partner Aarnayak in North-East India.
